do you accept return items?
items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of the order date. exchanges are also accepted up to 30 days after the order date. a small number of discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
what conditions are acceptable for returns?
PFDM will refund any item provided it has not been used, damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn. all labels and tags must be attached and in tact.
*please note: any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. PFDM is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
how do i send a return?
1. circle on the packing slip which item(s) you are returning and mark return.
2. pack your item(s) and completed invoice into a padded envelope (no large boxes, please).
3. mail using the carrier of your choice to:

how long will it take to receive my refund?
the return process takes 2-3 weeks. an email confirmation will be sent once your return has been received and processed.
please contact PFDM directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your exchange size and/or product is available. the replacement item(s) will be sent out as soon as your request is processed.
